Hello! I’m Berlyn Valdez, and I’ve just earned a Master’s degree in Public Relations and Advertising from the University of Southern California. Throughout my academic career, I’ve undertaken various projects that seamlessly integrated my love for campaign development, partnerships, and all things beauty.

My professional experience lies in social media and influencer campaign management. I’m currently an Influencer Community and Sourcing Coordinator at Bright Side, a technology-backed influencer agency. In this role, I thrive on the excitement of building and fostering relationships with our beautiful communities. I’m always on a mission to discover new talent for our brand partners and connect with creators!

Before diving into the public relations landscape, my roots were planted in the beauty industry. I pursued my passion for becoming a makeup artist and worked as a beauty advisor at Ulta Beauty and Sephora. It was here that my love for cosmetics blended seamlessly with my passion for public relations, laying a foundation for my future career aspirations.

I currently reside in the Los Angeles area. In my free time, I enjoy discovering new coffee shops and going on nature walks with my pup Norah!
